Straw Hat Football Fan Cam Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, participating Straw Hat Pizza restaurants, and any companies involved in the development, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate households, may be excluded from participation at Sponsor's discretion.

The Sweepstakes is void outside California and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 9, 2026 ("Promotion Period") and continues through the Monday immediately following the conclusion of Week 18 of the 2026 NFL regular season, ending at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT").

Except for the first Weekly Entry Period, each Weekly Entry Period begins Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends the following Monday at 11:59 p.m. PT.

The first Weekly Entry Period begins September 9, 2026.

Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by:

Scanning a participating Straw Hat Pizza Football Fan Cam QR code; or
Visiting www.shpizzafancam.com directly.

Entrants must follow the on-screen instructions and submit an eligible photo or video ("Submission") along with the required information, including the entrant's name and valid email address.

Additional contact information, including a telephone number, may be requested or optionally provided for purposes of contacting potential winners.

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

Entrants do not need to purchase food, beverages, or any other product from Straw Hat Pizza to participate.

The Sweepstakes website is available to eligible entrants without making a purchase or visiting a Straw Hat Pizza restaurant.

Purchasing Straw Hat Pizza products does not provide additional entries, improve an entrant's odds of winning, or otherwise provide an advantage in the Sweepstakes.

5. Entry Limit

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Weekly Entry Period.

Each weekly Submission must be a new Submission that has not previously been entered into the Sweepstakes.

Entrants may participate again during subsequent Weekly Entry Periods by submitting new eligible content.

Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, automated systems, or other methods designed to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether entries originate from the same individual.

6. Submission Requirements

Each Submission must:

Be a new photo or video that has not previously been submitted to the Sweepstakes;
Be submitted by an eligible entrant;
Be owned by the entrant or submitted with all permissions necessary for its use;
Be appropriate for a family-friendly Straw Hat Pizza promotion;
Not violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
Not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate material;
Not depict dangerous or illegal activity;
Not contain unauthorized commercial advertising, spam, or promotional material for unrelated businesses; and
Otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may reject or remove any Submission that Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, does not comply with these requirements or is inconsistent with the family-friendly nature or reputation of Straw Hat Pizza.

7. New Weekly Submission Requirement

An entrant may not reuse a photo or video that the entrant submitted during a previous Weekly Entry Period.

Previously entered, duplicate, recycled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible Submissions may be removed and the associated entry may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to review available information associated with a Submission, including submission records, file information, timestamps, metadata, or other reasonable information or methods, for purposes of determining compliance with these Official Rules.

The absence of metadata will not automatically disqualify a Submission.

Any attempt to falsify, manipulate, or intentionally misrepresent information associated with a Submission may result in disqualification.

Sponsor's eligibility determinations are final to the extent permitted by law.

8. People Appearing in Submissions

By submitting a photo or video, entrant represents and warrants that entrant has obtained any permission reasonably necessary from identifiable individuals appearing in the Submission to submit and permit use of the Submission as described in these Official Rules.

Minors Appearing in Submissions

Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the Sweepstakes.

However, minors may appear in a photo or video submitted by an eligible adult.

If an identifiable person under 18 appears in a Submission, entrant represents and warrants that entrant is the minor's parent or legal guardian or has obtained permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian to include the minor in the Submission and to permit the uses described in these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to request confirmation of such permission before using or publishing a Submission.

If adequate permission cannot be established when requested, Sponsor may decline to publish the Submission or may disqualify it.

9. License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting an eligible photo or video, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates, participating Straw Hat Pizza restaurants, franchisees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and authorized service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, crop, resize, format, and otherwise adapt the Submission in connection with:

The Straw Hat Football Fan Cam;
Straw Hat Pizza social media accounts;
Straw Hat Pizza websites;
Fan Cam galleries;
In-store displays;
Digital signage;
Sweepstakes promotion;
Winner announcements;
Public relations;
Advertising and marketing related to Straw Hat Pizza; and
Future promotion of the Football Fan Cam.

Sponsor may identify the entrant by first name, city, participating Straw Hat location, social media handle if provided, or similar limited identifying information in connection with such use.

Entrant will not receive additional compensation for authorized use of the Submission.

Sponsor is not obligated to publish or use any Submission.

Entrant retains ownership of entrant's original content, subject to the license granted above.

10. Weekly Prizes

Sponsor will award a different prize during each Weekly Entry Period.

The applicable weekly prize will generally be announced each Monday through the Football Fan Cam website, Straw Hat Pizza social media, participating Straw Hat Pizza restaurants, or other promotional materials.

Prize descriptions, approximate retail values, quantities, brands, products, and other details may vary from week to week.

All prize details are determined by Sponsor.

Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except at Sponsor's discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

11. Weekly Winner Selection

After each Weekly Entry Period closes at 11:59 p.m. PT Monday, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Weekly Entry Period.

One or more potential winners may be selected depending upon the prize structure announced for that week.

Weekly winners are expected to be announced beginning Tuesday morning, subject to verification.

Being announced as a potential winner does not constitute final confirmation of eligibility or entitlement to a prize.

All potential winners remain subject to verification by Sponsor.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a weekly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period.

12. Grand Prize Entries

Each valid weekly entry automatically provides the entrant with one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

An entrant may therefore earn up to one Grand Prize entry for each Weekly Entry Period in which the entrant submits a valid, eligible Submission.

For example, an eligible entrant who successfully participates during multiple Weekly Entry Periods will receive a separate Grand Prize entry for each eligible week entered.

Purchasing Straw Hat Pizza products does not provide additional Grand Prize entries.

13. Grand Prize

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Grand Prize entries received throughout the Sweepstakes.

The Grand Prize consists of:

NFL HOBBY BOX + STRAW HAT PIZZA PARTY

The Pizza Party includes:

Any three (3) large pizzas; and
Two (2) orders of Groovy Twists.

The specific NFL Hobby Box included in the Grand Prize will be determined by Sponsor based upon availability.

Sponsor may substitute a comparable hobby box or prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if necessary.

The food portion of the Grand Prize is subject to participating Straw Hat Pizza restaurant availability, applicable menu limitations, and reasonable redemption conditions established by Sponsor.

Taxes, additional food, beverages, delivery charges, gratuities, transportation, and any other expenses not specifically identified as part of the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Grand Prize entries received during the Promotion Period.

14. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided with their entry.

Sponsor may contact a potential winner by:

Email;
Telephone or text message, if a telephone number is available; and/or
Other contact information voluntarily provided by the entrant.

Sponsor may also announce winners or potential winners through Straw Hat Pizza social media channels, the Football Fan Cam website, participating restaurants, or other promotional channels.

A potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor's initial notification attempt unless Sponsor provides a different deadline.

If a potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the required period;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Has violated these Official Rules;
Refuses the prize; or
Fails to provide reasonably requested eligibility or prize-fulfillment information,

the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications directed to spam, junk, blocked, or otherwise inaccessible email folders or for inaccurate contact information supplied by an entrant.

15. Prize Delivery and Pickup

Prizes may be:

Shipped to the verified winner; or
Made available for pickup at a participating Straw Hat Pizza location when reasonably convenient based on the winner's location.

Sponsor will determine the appropriate fulfillment method in consultation with the winner.

A winner may be required to provide a valid California mailing address and proof of eligibility before receiving a prize.

Sponsor will not require a winner to purchase anything or pay Sponsor in order to receive an awarded prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected after confirmed delivery, except as otherwise required by law.

16. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to provide reasonable information or documentation necessary to verify:

Identity;
Age;
California residency;
Compliance with these Official Rules;
Ownership or authorized use of submitted content; and
Any other eligibility requirement reasonably related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, content authorization, tax documentation where applicable, or other reasonable prize-acceptance documents, subject to applicable law.

Failure to complete required verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

17. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its authorized representatives to use the winner's name, city, photograph, likeness, voice, winning Submission, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for reasonable promotional, advertising, public-relations, and social-media purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

18. Conduct

Entrants agree not to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Automated or bot-generated entries;
Multiple entries during the same Weekly Entry Period;
Use of multiple identities or email addresses to circumvent entry limits;
Submission of previously entered content;
Falsification or manipulation of Submission information;
Tampering with the website or entry system;
Attempting to interfere with random drawings;
Impersonating another person;
Providing false eligibility information; or
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant reasonably determined to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

19. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or not received due to technical problems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor is also not responsible for failures involving internet connections, mobile devices, browsers, servers, hosting services, QR codes, networks, telecommunications systems, email systems, or other technology outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If technical problems, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the affected portion of the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select winners from eligible entries received before or after the affected event in a manner Sponsor determines to be fair and reasonable.

20. Prize Conditions and Taxes

All prizes are awarded "as is" without warranties from Sponsor except any manufacturer's warranty that may apply.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

Where required by law, Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation to a winner.

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise required by law.

21. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating Straw Hat Pizza restaurants and franchisees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and service providers from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

22. NFL and Third-Party Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes is a promotion of Straw Hat Restaurants Incorporated.

Unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, its member clubs, or any trading-card manufacturer, distributor, athlete, team, league, social-media platform, or other third party whose products may be awarded as prizes.

All third-party trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party products are used solely to identify prizes or describe the promotion.

24. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy and these Official Rules.

Information may be used to:

Administer the Sweepstakes;
Verify entries;
Contact entrants and potential winners;
Fulfill prizes;
Prevent fraud and abuse;
Operate the Football Fan Cam;
Display or promote authorized Submissions; and
Comply with legal obligations.

Any use of entrant information for unrelated marketing communications should be disclosed separately and, where required, subject to the entrant's consent or ability to opt out.

Entrants should review the privacy policy available through the Football Fan Cam website for additional information concerning Sponsor's privacy practices.

25. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable California and federal law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies available to an entrant that cannot legally be limited or waived.

27. Changes or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or other circumstances materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Any material change will be communicated through the Sweepstakes website or another reasonable method.

Sponsor will endeavor to administer any modified Sweepstakes fairly and consistently with applicable law.

28. Winners List

Following completion of the Sweepstakes, information regarding verified winners may be made available through the Football Fan Cam website or Straw Hat Pizza social-media channels.

Requests concerning the winners or Sweepstakes may also be directed to Sponsor using the contact information published on the Sweepstakes website.

29. Acceptance of Official Rules

By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges that entrant has read, understands, and agrees to comply with these Official Rules.

Entrant further represents that all information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is truthful and accurate.
