Information we collect

When you enter the Fan Cam, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The participating Straw Hat Pizza location you select
• The photo or video you upload
• Submission date and time
• Your age and California residency confirmation
• Your acceptance of the Official Rules
• Your media permission and people/minors permission acknowledgements
• Whether you opted in to the eClub for offers and deals
• Technical and security information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service (for example, bot-protection results and rate-limiting signals)

How we use it

• Administering the Straw Hat Football Fan Cam Sweepstakes
• Verifying entries and eligibility
• Contacting entrants and potential winners
• Fulfilling prizes
• Preventing fraud and abuse
• Operating the Football Fan Cam and its public gallery
• Displaying or promoting authorized submissions
• Sending eClub offers and deals, only if you opted in
• Complying with legal obligations

What is shown publicly

Only approved submissions appear in the public Fan Cam gallery, and only the minimum information needed to display them. Your email address, phone number, eligibility confirmations, consent records and upload metadata are never shown publicly. If you are selected as a winner and marked for public display, we may show your first name and city only — for example, "Jason — Gilroy, CA".

Marketing emails

Entering the Fan Cam does not sign you up for marketing. We only add you to the Straw Hat eClub if you check the optional opt-in box on the entry form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Security

Uploaded photos and videos are stored in private storage that is not publicly listable. Entrant contact details and consent records are restricted to authorized Straw Hat administrators. We use bot protection, rate limiting and file validation to protect the entry system.

Your choices

You may ask us to remove your submission or your information from the Fan Cam by contacting Straw Hat Restaurants Incorporated using the contact information published on the Sweepstakes website. Removal of an entry may make it ineligible for the drawings.
